Mr. Elliott Broidy is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Broidy Capital Holdings, LLC. Previously, from 1982 to 1991, Mr. Broidy was a Managing Director at Bell Enterprises, where he was involved in a wide range of investments, including management of marketable securities, real estate, private equity, and other alternative investments.

Elliott Broidy began his career at Arthur Andersen and Co. He is the Chairman at Event Solutions International, Inc. (ESI Holdings, Inc.) and serves on the Board of Directors at Foley Timber and Land Company, L.P. and Vantis Capital Management LLC.

Mr. Broidy is a Trustee of Simon Wiesenthal Center and also served as a Commissioner of the Los Angeles City Fire and Police Pension Fund. He was appointed by Secretary Michael Chertoff to serve on the United States Homeland Security Advisory Council and was a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Police Foundation.

Elliott Broidy was appointed by the President to serve on the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington. He serves on a variety of Boards and Committees of his alma mater, The University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

Mr. Broidy is a qualified C.P.A. and received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California.
